O breakdown in the washing machines work as well as problems with water filling and spin is a failed water pump.
The symptom is clear: our machine does not empty the water. Before
thinking about changing the pump, make sure that the filter is clean, so we provide the same cover that is normally found on the front of the washer in its bottom. Here we care because all the water will stay inside.
If the filter appeared clean and we see nothing strange, then proceeds to change the pump.
1 - Close the water and remove the fill hose.
2 - unplug the power cord.
3 - Disconnect the drain hose.
4 - We take the washer and poured its location to work under the machine, not to do damage on a blanket or towel. Pictured

To remove the pump will remove the two cables plugged leads (connectors typically come under pressure), as we are talking AC no problem when mounting and its position is indistinct. Then if you carry disassembly screws (3 in picture) also removed, usually takes three.
If these screws will not lead to release water connections and a lead screw on the side of the filter cover to go around the entire block.
And besides all this also has two screws holding the pump to the chassis of the machine.
Once happy with the hand pump is just go to a parts store and give us an equal and assemble in reverse order.
