The presentation outlined the union of two presentations that seemed very interesting. There were two papers extraordinary but each exceeded clarity of content and graphics to another in some ways and vice versa, so we made the decision to merge the two and present what we see here now, so when the authors name work, instead of two by four. Congratulations to the authors and other peers who have taken very seriously this kind of work.
